What Is  Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, as it is more popularly called, is a universal healing aid based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies. It has been proven successful in thousands of clinical cases and it applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name.

EFT was developed in 1995 by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer and Personal Performance Coach.  Today, it is a valued tool in the hands of more than 5,000 members of those in the healing profession worldwide. Although most Americans have yet to hear of it, it may be the world’s fastest growing self help and self healing tool. It is in the hands worldwide of more than 3,000 people, in every walk of life and every age group. More than 10,000 people each month download the free on-line training manual.

The discovery behind the method is that emotional upsets result from imbalances in the body’s energy system. Essentially, EFT can be thought of as a unique version of acupuncture except we don’t use needles. Instead, we balance the body’s energy system by tapping with our fingertips on selected points along the energy meridians. These are the same meridians mapped by ancient Chinese Acupuncturists more than 5,000 years ago. The wonder of EFT is that it is simple, gentle, quick, long lasting and remarkably effective. It often works where nothing else will. Anyone can relieve or heal themselves of many emotional and physical problems, often in minutes. Tapping in this manner, while focusing in on a specific issue, memory or emotion frequently provides impressive and rapid results.

Not every case, however, results in rapid successes. Some people require persistence, and some we can do very little for. However, even newcomers to EFT typically achieve success rates of 50% or better and the more experienced practitioners exceed 80%.

Past Life Regression can be viewed as "An Adventure In Time." The Mind, the pathway through time, has a vast storehouse to be explored to bring lessons from the past into present awareness. Regression sessions are a practical, safe and fun way to explore the mysteries of the past and bring them back with you, with the help of a guide called a regressionist. Accessing the memories from your past lives is as easy as accessing memories of anything you may have experienced a few days ago, or few years ago. When people come to explore the mysteries of the past and they are merely curious, the session is known as a past life regression, (PLR), and will help them discover and reflect upon the soul’s journey. The term "Spirit Releasement" relates to the clinical discovery by many regressionists around the world, over decades of time, that the intelligent energies of non embodied beings can infiltrate or attach to the energy field (Aura) of a living human.
